Prayer Day for candidates at St George’s Grassland Group of Schools provided a meaningful opportunity for the school community to come together on Thursday, 30 July 2026, as learners prepared to enter the third term and take an important step towards their final national assessments.

The Prayer Day brought together a sense of hope, reflection, encouragement, and togetherness as the school prepared to support three groups of candidates: Grade 6 learners preparing for KPSEA, Grade 9 learners preparing for KJSEA, and Form 4 learners preparing for KCSE.

For these learners, the coming term represents an important stage in their educational journey. The Prayer Day was therefore more than a single event. Our Grade 9 learners are preparing for the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA). Their journey through junior school has exposed them to new areas of learning, challenges, opportunities, and experiences that have contributed to their development.
